Vegan food items tasted good. Restroom may be stored cleaner. Seat tray table was somewhat tilted so foods tray stored sliding down a little. Flight crew may be a little more welcoming, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.Requested quite a few times but to no avail . Terrible customer care and really lousy process
